Speed and Agility Training

Foundations Lacrosse Speed and Agility Training Program is based on our methodology of training.  We hired a professional speed and strength coach to break down the fundamental skills that make a great lacrosse ATHLETE and build on these skills each week.  Each session will incorporate fundamental cradling and stick skills into the agility drills in order to practice great stick protection at full speed.  These clinics are open to all high school players at any level that simply want to get better.  These speed training sessions our a way to not only build a better skills lacrosse player, but a more well rounded ATHLETE.
