It is our mission at Foundations Lacrosse to foster the growth and development of each lacrosse player we serve. We do this through an unwavering focus on training the foundational skills that create a dynamic lacrosse player and inspiring players to fall in love with the sport.

Fall Box Training

9th thru 12th Grade

Competitive indoor box lacrosse training.  Tight spaces, fast pace, and quick decision making. Designed to improve skills, concepts and grit in a tough box environment.

• Fall sessions will be split into two sub groups: Returning Varsity | Non Returning Varsity

Winter Positional Training

• The training sessions will consist of positional training, small group strategy training, and free play games
