Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic Foundations Lacrosse has outlined the following guidelines for all training sessions.
Guidelines
Foundations Lacrosse adheres to and follows all current state guidelines. (MA Phase IV Step I)
The follow table outlines the guidelines for when you are required to wear a mask at a Foundations Lacrosse event.

The Fall and Winter sessions will follow our standard training plans with a heightened focus on individual skills so we can keep all participants safe.
During each session coaches will encourage social distancing during drills and when on the field, but ultimately it is up the players to follow our suggestions. We ask that every parent has a conversation with their son before sending them onto the field to remind them to keep their distance from other players whenever possible.
We would like to further state that if your son exhibits any symptoms (or comes in contact with anyone who has had any symptoms) of COVID-19 within two weeks of a Foundations Lacrosse event, he will not be allowed to participate. Prior to returning to a Foundations Lacrosse training event a negative COVID-19 test result will be required.
Since the current COVID-19 situation is constantly evolving, we will be continuously monitoring public conditions and practices very closely. The health and safety of our players and coaches is of the utmost importance.
Waivers
In an effort to comply with state COVID-19 protocols we require that everyone fill out and sign the waivers included in every registration. Any player not registered online through our website will not be allowed to participate in any in-person training sessions.
Additionally, a form will be sent to all participants/guardians 48 hours before each session and needs to be returned within 24 hours prior to each session to ensure no symptoms or potential exposure has been made to COVID-19 by each player.
Cancelations
Additionally, we understand that the current situation is ever-evolving and if at any time a session gets cancelled due to COVID-19 Foundations Lacrosse will either offer a makeup session (date and time TBD) or offer a refundable credit to your Foundations Lacrosse account.
