We have created a 3-session mini-camp style program to develop the skills that create face off men.

• Reaction Time
• Stance and Set Up
• Winning the Draw
• Battling 50/50 Situations
• New Techniques
• Gaining Possession
• First Time Ground Balls

The music will be playing, and players will not find more reps in 1 hour anywhere else. Each age group is limited to 10 face off men to keep reps high and players to coach ratio low.
