Fall Invite Training

• Each high school group will participate in 6 fall training sessions, and will also gain access to all 10 Fall Speed and Agility sessions
• The training sessions will consist of positional training, small group strategy training, and free play games
• The Fall invite only training program totals 9 hours of lacrosse training and 10 hours of speed and agility training

Winter Invite Training

• Each high school group will participate in 12 winter training sessions, and will also gain access to all 10 Winter Speed and Agility sessions
• The training sessions will consist of small positional training, small group strategy training, and free play games
• The Winter invite only training program totals 18 hours of lacrosse training and 10 hours of speed and agility training
